Derek Minus
Derek Minus is a barrister and a dispute resolution specialist. He is accredited as a NSW Farm Debt mediator pursuant to the legislation.
He has been approved as an Arbitrator; appointed by the Chief Judge to the list of District Court arbitrators for 2011/2012; and the panel of Local Court arbitrators for 2012/2013, approved by the NSW Bar Association as an Expert Determiner, re-accredited as a Mediator with the NSW Bar Association and appointed to the NSW Supreme Court list and the District Court list of mediators for 2011/2012. He is dual qualified as both an international arbitrator and mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Domestically he is a Nationally Accredited mediator and has been appointed to numerous mediation panels. Since 1992 he has conducted over 1000 mediation/conciliation processes. He uses collaborative strategies and combined mediation-arbitration processes to help people achieve more than just the settlement of their dispute and also leads them towards the transformation of their conflict.

John McDermott
John McDermott is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, a Court appointed Arbitrator and a member of the Arbitration Liaison Committee of the Law Society of NSW. His recent appointments include the Federal Court Native Title Mediation Panel and the Westpac Industrial Relations Arbitration Panel.
John’s practice over many years has led to his involvement in personal injury matters arising from Motor Vehicle Accidents, Industrial Accidents, Medical Negligence and in the Workers Compensation context.
His current membership of the Law Society’s Arbitration Liaison Committee and his previous membership of the Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee have enabled him to develop a broad ranging view in these areas.
Dr John Keogh
Dr John Keogh is a barrister, mediator and arbitrator. He has been awarded Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) by UTS Sydney. Honoured as the UTS “Graduate of the Year” for 1999. Thesis title: Environmental Due Diligence – Legal Principles, Corporate Strategies. He has been an arbitration and mediation member of the NSW Workers Compensation Commission since its inception. He has extensive experience in the investigation and determination of disputes as an arbitrator and mediator.
Jennifer Scott
Jennifer Scott has been a solicitor in New South Wales since 1981 and began mediating in 1991. She has a Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution and is a nationally accredited mediator. She has undertaken arbitrations as a member of the Workers Compensation Commission of NSW, which adopted an inquisitorial/investigative conciliation/arbitration process in 2002.
Gregory Rooney
Gregory William Rooney was a legal practitioner for 14 years and is now practising full time as a mediator and an arbitrator. Since November 1991 he has conducted in access of 1,000 mediations in a variety of jurisdictions including the Queensland Department of Primary Industry, Queensland Treasury, New South Wales Department of Fair Trading Strata Schemes Commissioner, The South Australian Department of Health, the New South Wales Department of Health North Coast Community Housing Co-operative, and the Health Insurance Commission.
Rosemary Dupont
Rosemary is well known as an investigator and dispute resolver who operates a business in Canberra, ACT providing investigation and dispute resolution services to government departments, private companies, and not for profit organisations. She has seventeen years experience undertaking investigations into Code of Conduct complaints, Reviews of Actions and claims of discrimination including bullying ad harassment.
John Wynyard
John Wynyard is a barrister-at-law and arbitrator. He has had extensive experience in Workers Compensation in District Court Common law, Workers Compensation Commission, and appearances in the Court of Appeal. He has been appointed as a part-time Arbitrator in the District Court and Workers Compensation Commission. He is also a Medical Appeal Panel convenor.
