Derek Minus
Derek Minus is a barrister and a dispute resolution specialist. He is accredited as a NSW Farm Debt mediator pursuant to the legislation.
He has been approved as an Arbitrator; appointed by the Chief Judge to the list of District Court arbitrators for 2011/2012; and the panel of Local Court arbitrators for 2012/2013, approved by the NSW Bar Association as an Expert Determiner, re-accredited as a Mediator with the NSW Bar Association and appointed to the NSW Supreme Court list and the District Court list of mediators for 2011/2012. He is dual qualified as both an international arbitrator and mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Domestically he is a Nationally Accredited mediator and has been appointed to numerous mediation panels. Since 1992 he has conducted over 1000 mediation/conciliation processes. He uses collaborative strategies and combined mediation-arbitration processes to help people achieve more than just the settlement of their dispute and also leads them towards the transformation of their conflict.

Brooke Pendlebury
Brooke Pendlebury has expert experience in conducting independent investigations and/or mediations and providing well-considered, legally effective, reports and recommendations. In particular, Brooke has extensive experience conducting such investigations in the areas of local government and statutory organisations.

Steve Georgiadis
Steve Georgiadis is a solicitor, barrister, mediator and arbitrator. He has prior experience acting as Adviser to the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) and previously with the Merit Protection and Review Agency (MPRA). He would investigate and review complex or sensitive people management breaches of the APS Code of Conduct and provide strategies to resolve people management issues at individual or organisational level. He continues in this general type of work presently with the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, and the Administrative Review (Merits Review).
Jennifer Scott
Jennifer Scott has been a solicitor in New South Wales since 1981 and began mediating in 1991. She has a Masters Degree in Dispute Resolution and is a nationally accredited mediator. She has undertaken arbitrations as a member of the Workers Compensation Commission of NSW, which adopted an inquisitorial/investigative conciliation/arbitration process in 2002.
Rosemary Dupont
Rosemary is well known as an investigator and dispute resolver who operates a business in Canberra, ACT providing investigation and dispute resolution services to government departments, private companies, and not for profit organisations. She has seventeen years experience undertaking investigations into Code of Conduct complaints, Reviews of Actions and claims of discrimination including bullying ad harassment.
